1. Right click INK icon and click properties.
  2. In properties go to Compatibility tab.
  3. Check option "Run this program in compatibility mode for:
    "Windows XP(Service pack 3)" OR "Windows XP(Service pack 2)"
  4. Run the program again. Windows may ask for administrative permissions.
